Dr. Gabbay will research the details of an individual case and present oral and written testimony about the realities in the relevant countries of origin.
Having grown up in the Middle East, he understands the region, including the cultural norms within Muslim societies. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Sociology from Columbia University with postdoctoral work at the University of Chicago. For the past decade he has conducted research and taught at the Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver – considered one of the ten best schools of International Studies in the world.
